Job Overview

Albireo Energy is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing the energy services division of our company, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our owner-direct business, leveraging existing accounts and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and data centers, to identify opportunities for energy savings and integration.
  • Communicate our value proposition to customers through presentations, system demonstrations, and other means, working closely with our energy services team.
  • Analyze utility bills and identify opportunities for improvement, working with our operations and service departments to develop analytics packages for customers.
  • Sell service agreements to new customers and identify system enhancements and new projects, meeting assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, ensuring that our solutions meet their requirements.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent with industry experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency principles.
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in owner-direct (business to business) with a strong network of clients.
  • Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities.
