Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Energy Management Systems and SCADA to lead our team in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our energy management systems and SCADA infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of energy management systems and SCADA strategies to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our energy infrastructure.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of energy management systems and SCADA infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of energy management systems and SCADA projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in energy management systems and SCADA, with at least 6 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications in energy management systems and SCADA, such as CEM or CEMAP.
  • Experience with energy management systems and SCADA software, such as Siemens or GE.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
