We are currently in search of qualified candidates for the position of Commercial Loan Officer.

A Commercial Loan Officer is actively engaged in the community and operates within a professional environment. This role entails soliciting and managing a diverse range of commercial loans, as well as interviewing applicants and recommending loan approvals. A successful Commercial Loan Officer will address borrower needs and assess applicant financial conditions and creditworthiness to evaluate the viability of loan approvals. A genuine and diligent approach, while adhering to policy compliance, is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote banking products to individuals and businesses, highlighting services that may fulfill customer requirements.

2. Evaluate potential loan markets and establish referral networks to identify loan prospects.

3. Meet with applicants to gather information for loan applications and clarify the process.

4. Collaborate with clients to define their financial objectives and explore strategies to achieve those goals.

5. Inform customers about various loan types and credit options available, along with additional services.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in bank lending.
