Ent Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Banking services, you will be responsible for generating complex commercial loan documents and maintaining accurate loan files.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage commercial loan documents, including loan agreements, collateral documents, and other related paperwork.
- Collaborate with loan officers to gather and request loan documentation, ensuring files are complete and up-to-date.
- Utilize Laser Pro software and other tools to create and maintain loan files, including ticklers and covenants.
- Input and maintain commercial loan data in Symitar and Baker Hill NextGen software.
- Process paid loans, verifying records and preparing release documents and UCC terminations.
- Ensure compliance with Ent policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation and lending operations.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation requirements and software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $22-$28 per hour (S13) or $26-$31 per hour (S14), depending on experience. The position is eligible for our corporate bonus program and offers a range of benefits.
