Job Overview

We are a dynamic and growing insurance agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our agency, Lin Zhao-Farmers Insurance Agency, is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Service and market personal and commercial insurance products to existing clients, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new prospects and grow our client base.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive training and support to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Property and casualty and/or life and health license preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a fearless and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation, with a desire to continually learn and grow.
