About the Role

The Senior Manager, Operations Fashion Strategy will be responsible for delivering key initiatives that support and enable Fashion strategies to increase efficiency and performance. This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic operational and process plans aligned with the overall objectives of the fashion department.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion department, including supply chain management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service.
  • Process Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor effective process strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate operational and process performance using key metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, marketing teams, and senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area with 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
  • Masters, Masters: Operations Management.
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
