Key Responsibilities- Lead with Integrity: Deliver quality results while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Security Technology Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of physical security technology solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Paging, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarms, Central Station Monitoring, and Security Operation Centers.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to ideate and implement strategies and solutions that support the deterrence, detection, and response to potential threats to the business.
- Emerging Technology Solutions: Plan with internal and external stakeholders to guide and deploy emerging technology solutions that enhance security capabilities.
- Security Protection and Response: Develop a fluid knowledge of physical, personal, and information security protection and response to mitigate threats and incidents.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Cyber, Privacy, Legal, Investigations, Asset Protection, Corporate Security, End-to-End, and Operations.
- Presentation and Reporting: Deliver presentations and reports to leadership on security technology initiatives and results.
- Environmental Evaluation: Continuously evaluate changes in the environment, including both strategy and technology, to enhance capabilities for multiple stakeholders.
- Law Enforcement Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with law enforcement agencies to coordinate security technology integration in support of security and response efforts to address threats and incidents.
- Technical Expertise: Experience similar to a technically trained law enforcement professional with experience developing, utilizing, and/or deploying technical solutions in support of events or to mitigate various security threats.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including advanced technical writing.
- Security Knowledge: A solid understanding of security technologies and how they work together to provide multi-leveled deterrence, detection, and notification.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading project teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Future Focus: A passion for research and development related to emerging security technologies and a drive to execute today while focusing on the future.
- Public Speaking: Experience in public speaking and presenting to mid to large-sized audiences.
