Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communication with clients and team members

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial reports and client information

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and expectations

Problem-Solving and Time Management

• Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner

• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the construction industry a plus
