About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative at Orkin, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and account management. This position combines your need for freedom and competitive drive with your desire to be part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve Problems and Build Relationships

You will serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by utilizing in-depth training and out-of-the-box thinking to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.

Achieve Sales Goals

You will achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development.

Conduct Inspections and Make Recommendations

You will conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the client's commercial property, making recommendations to clients based on your inspection and issues identified.

Utilize Technology and Sales Software

You will use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, with training provided on this technology.

The pay range for this role is $60,000-$80,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance.

You will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, company-provided iPhone and iPad with sales software, and comprehensive training program.

Requirements
  • Outside Sales Experience

Outside sales experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid Driver's License and Pesticide License

A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).

Ability to Work Independently and Interact with Clients

You will need to be able to work in the field independently and interact with clients, safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.

Ability to Lift and Carry Up to 50 Lbs.

You will need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Willingness to Work in Different Weather Conditions

You will need to be willing to work in different types of weather conditions, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
