Minimum Qualifications:
  • Essential customer service experience; hotel front desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish and English, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to assist in hotel marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Responsibilities: This position encompasses a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the hotel's values in every guest interaction.
  • Warmly welcoming guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a remarkable experience.
  • Processing payments and reservations while anticipating guest needs.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate guest records and room assignments for seamless operations.
  • Promoting and upselling hotel services and amenities to achieve revenue goals.
  • Upholding a professional appearance that reflects the hotel's brand.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment focused on exceeding guest expectations.
Compensation/Pay: $15
