About the Role
  • You will manage the full sales cycle for Intercom's MidMarket customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach.
  • Evangelize our product and drive growth and adoption in the Mid-Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full sales cycle for Intercom's MidMarket customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach.
  2. Provide timely and accurate forecasts and revenue performance visibility.
  3. Closing net new business in a competitive landscape.
  4. Create tailored demonstrations for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on evolving products and processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
  • Strong sales instincts and track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
