About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid Market Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Mid Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth, value, and partnership with our upper mid-market prospects.

You will work as part of an account team responsible for managing competitive sales cycles, partnering with internal resources to land new logos, and building in-depth relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of closing new business accounts with larger mid-sized companies, experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users, and a proven ability to generate and execute against a plan to ensure hitting targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop champions across your account base, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders within the client organization.

A competitive salary range for this position is $210,282 to $247,390 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services, and a flexible PTO policy.
