About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will lead the development and execution of a high-performing Enterprise Sales team at incident.io. This role demands an experienced sales leader who can scale our revenue engine to tens and eventually hundreds of millions in annual bookings over the next 3-10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive the execution of the Enterprise sales strategy, priorities, and goals, ensuring business-as-usual operations are running smoothly.
  • Growth planning for the Enterprise sales function, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive investments necessary to build a world-class sales organization.
  • Designing operational cadences, pre- and post-sales processes, deal planning/execution/review pipelines, account planning, and all sales collateral and frameworks expected of a top-tier Enterprise sales team.
  • Partnering with marketing and executives to develop best-in-class field marketing, executive alignment, and Customer Advisory Board programs to engage and convert prospect and customer executives into public advocates and thought leadership partners.
What We're Looking For:
  • Significant experience in Enterprise/B2B Software sales leadership, preferably in a high-growth B2B Enterprise Software/SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading teams aligned with covering traditional mid-market, digital native, as well as mid and major Enterprise accounts in the US.
  • A proven ability to support the current team as a first-line leader while grooming internal promotions and/or hiring external first-line leaders as the function scales.
  • Operational experience in managing business cadences, regional growth planning, designing segmentation/coverage models for sizable sales teams, etc., for Enterprise sales teams and segments.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $215,000-$225,000, along with equity options and commission opportunities that align with industry standards and company performance.
