**Salary:** $156,000 per year (USD)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts and drive customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

**Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other software applications.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
