Sales Growth Representative, Mid-Market

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Growth Representative, you'll be a key member of our team driving growth in our mid-market segment. You'll evangelize our product, spearheading the adoption of Intercom across this space. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, providing timely forecasts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our evolving products and processes. Additionally, you'll create tailored demonstrations for clients and foster a consultative approach to drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive and 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products. You should have strong sales instincts, a track record of hitting and exceeding quota, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working with various industries and company sizes. Closing net new business in a competitive landscape will also be crucial to your success.

Competitive salary: $168,350 - $195,650 (OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area)
