Senior Subject Matter Expert III

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert III to support a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value. This role will involve supporting the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration or a relevant technical field, with 22+ years of experience in financial management, Federal budgeting, or a scientific field. They will also have expertise in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The Senior Subject Matter Expert III will be responsible for leading strategic planning and implementation efforts, defining intended outcomes, and identifying and assessing risks to achieving the desired future state. They will also draft the IBMSC Strategic Plan document, prioritize objectives and strategies, and provide leadership and obtain management agreement on practices and behaviors that will facilitate implementation.
