Job Summary

Vistant is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of functional and pillar operational units and issue sets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program analysis, policy development, and project management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that foreign assistance programs and budgets across the Department of State, USAID, and the interagency are strategic, effective, and coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of functional and pillar operational units and issue sets
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to foreign assistance
  • Provide input on related technical and managerial issues
  • Assist in areas such as cross-cutting portfolio backstopping, administrative support, and other duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work quickly to meet competing deadlines
  • Experience in project administration and management procedures preferred
