As we expand, we are in search of a Patient Services Representative.
Work Locations: Bradenton, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome our patients warmly and assist them with their needs
- Facilitate patient check-ins for appointments and coordinate follow-up scheduling
- Manage incoming calls to arrange appointments
- Provide information regarding our services and operational hours
- Contact patients to arrange future and same-day appointments
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service within a dynamic environment (healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience in a pediatric office is advantageous
- Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with clients in high-pressure situations
- Must exhibit flexibility, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
