In light of our company’s expansion, we are looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Work Locations: Bradenton, FL

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the initial point of contact for our patients, welcoming them with a friendly demeanor.
  • Facilitate patient check-ins for appointments and arrange any necessary follow-up visits.
  • Manage incoming calls to schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding our services and operational hours.
  • Contact patients to arrange future and same-day appointments.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a dynamic environment is necessary (healthcare experience is advantageous).
  • Experience in a pediatric office setting is preferred.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers in high-pressure situations.
  • Must exhibit flexibility, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
