Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly as they arrive
  • Facilitate patient check-ins for appointments and arrange necessary follow-up visits
  • Manage incoming calls to schedule appointments
  • Provide information regarding our services and operational hours
  • Contact patients to coordinate future and same-day appointments
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service within a dynamic environment (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Experience in a pediatric office is advantageous
  • Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers in high-pressure situations
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
