Location: Bradenton, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly as they arrive
- Facilitate patient check-ins for appointments and arrange necessary follow-up visits
- Manage incoming calls to schedule appointments
- Provide information regarding our services and operational hours
- Contact patients to coordinate future and same-day appointments
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service within a dynamic environment (healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience in a pediatric office is advantageous
- Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with customers in high-pressure situations
- Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of problem-solving
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
