- Promote self-checkout use when lines are forming in other lanes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized self-checkout area, adhering to company standards.
- Provide customers with information on weekly promotions, product location, and other relevant information to enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills are essential.
- Ability to operate front-end equipment and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in cash handling are necessary.
