Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Lowe\u0027s. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately, ensuring customers receive merchandise as expected and in a timely manner.
- Engage in safe work practices and encourage others to do the same.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
- 6 months of retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues.
