Join our dynamic sales team in a role that is both impactful and rewarding. As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will take charge of a portfolio of key accounts while fostering a robust sales pipeline.

Your keen focus on analytics will help you develop persuasive sales strategies, all while remaining attentive to key performance indicators and market dynamics.

This role is not solely about numbers; you will provide strategic insights and guidance, nurturing client relationships and translating data into actionable strategies for their success.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will keep them informed about significant platform enhancements, new releases, and exciting opportunities.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive revenue growth from both emerging and established retail clients as well as prominent advertising agencies. Your insights will also shape the product development process by collecting and sharing client feedback and performance metrics with internal teams.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of major customer accounts, taking ownership of revenue targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Creating strategic account plans and leveraging data to develop persuasive sales proposals.
  • Utilizing various data sources to inform client strategies and proposals, while tracking and sharing essential metrics with stakeholders.
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations that highlight market trends and success stories, and providing clients with strategic insights through regular business reviews.
  • Offering consultative support to clients, deepening relationships, and translating their business objectives into actionable insights.
  • Mapping client organizations to identify opportunities for growth and establishing new connections.
  • Facilitating client meetings, ensuring clear objectives and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance revenue from both new and existing clients while contributing to operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Advocating for the necessary solutions to achieve business goals, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, particularly within online media, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving new business.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets, demonstrating high performance in meeting objectives.
  • Experience in managing relationships at the executive level, with established connections in the industry.
  • Ability to communicate value effectively to diverse audiences, engaging stakeholders through compelling presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, digital media sales, and measurement solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, along with a network of industry contacts.
