Job Summary

Seneca Resources seeks a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to lead our internal communications efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our communications plan to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement.
  • Create communication and training plans to support organizational change.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team on communications management and organizational change management.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and develop targeted communication plans.
  • Determine the most effective way to present information for maximum reader comprehension.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and collaborate with subject-matter experts.
  • Analyze information required for policy, procedure, and form documentation development.
  • Draft communications and review/edit content developed by team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in internal communications or a highly communicative, cross-functional role.
  • A track record of leading and developing successful internal communications programs tied to organizational change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for developing engaging content and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to check all material for consistency and accuracy.
