Strategic Impact Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Strategic Impact to join our team at Zeta Charter Schools. As a key member of our Strategic Impact department, you will play a critical role in scaling our impact on public education.
About the Role:The Manager of Strategic Impact will be responsible for identifying, designing, and launching improvement projects across the Strategic Impact department to enable Zeta's rapid growth. This will involve building and codifying systems, processes, and structures to support the work and functions of Zeta's Strategic Impact team.
You will also collaborate with the CEO, COO, and Director of Strategic Impact in growing, managing, and engaging Zeta's Board of Directors and Board of Trustees through executing excellent board meetings, board communications, and events. Additionally, you will support Zeta's fundraising efforts by developing donor materials, scaling up a donor CRM, and planning/managing donor events in close collaboration with the CEO, Director of Strategic Impact, and Director of Development.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of professional experience, with 1-4 years of management consulting experience strongly preferred. You will possess excellent communication skills, with proven experience in storylining and creating compelling and visually appealing presentations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights, are also essential.
You will be a superb organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Comfort in learning new tools and platforms, with an eagerness to learn and grow, is also required. Experience in charter schooling or other mission-driven, fast-growth organizations is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:- Identify, design, and launch improvement projects across the Strategic Impact department to enable Zeta's rapid growth
- Build and codify systems, processes, and structures to support the work and functions of Zeta's Strategic Impact team

- Collaborate and partner with all teams across the network on a variety of projects, initiatives, events, and more
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, with new hires brought in at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Managers and above are eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus. We also provide great benefits, including comprehensive and affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts for eligible medical purchases and commuter expenses, and a 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions.
