Job Summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Supervisor to join our Birth to Three team. As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early intervention services to children with disabilities and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Serve as a representative of the agency to internal and external customers regarding the work of programs and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a collaborative team member to support the Continuum of Care model.
  • Financial Management: Participate in the compilation of an annual budget and oversee budget expenditures to meet the financial goals of the program.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality programming and service delivery through the use of best practice standards and contract/licensing requirements.
  • Staff Development: Identify staff training needs to meet best practice standards and licensing/contract requirements, and ensure staff is trained to meet identified standards.
  • Program Operations: Establish priorities and direct the work of program staff, including delegating and overseeing work assignments, conducting performance evaluations, and conducting case record reviews and case consultation as necessary.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication and implementation of agency-wide policies and procedures to program staff, and schedule and facilitate staff meetings on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or closely related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working in social services or closely related field is required.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
