Position: Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project delivery
  • Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and facilitate progress meetings
  • Develop project timelines and manage adjustments
  • Ensure high-quality construction and adherence to safety regulations
  • Manage contract administration and secure necessary permits
  • Collaborate with various teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector
  • Experience in educational and/or commercial construction projects
  • Familiarity with Design-Build practices is advantageous

Compensation range: $90K - $110K with potential bonuses of 5-10%. Comprehensive benefits package includes full health insurance coverage and HSA contributions.
