Position: Project Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team to ensure safe, profitable, and timely project delivery
- Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Coordinate with subcontractors and facilitate progress meetings
- Develop project timelines and manage adjustments
- Ensure high-quality construction and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage contract administration and secure necessary permits
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector
- Experience in educational and/or commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with Design-Build practices is advantageous
Compensation range: $90K - $110K with potential bonuses of 5-10%. Comprehensive benefits package includes full health insurance coverage and HSA contributions.
