Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at River Bank & Trust. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and branch security
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
