We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at A3 Consulting LLC.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) operation at a Federal client site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and enhancing IT project management processes and templates
  • Providing support and oversight to project sponsors and managers in managing their projects
  • Ensuring that projects are managed effectively and consistently throughout the systems lifecycle
  • Developing and/or enhancing a project management and systems development life cycle
  • Developing and/or modifying templates for project management documents
  • Providing advice and support to Project sponsors and managers
  • Developing and implementing project management training programs
  • Performing periodic analysis and reporting on the status of IT project management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • At least 10 years of experience in system/software solution development and delivery
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience leading a team to deliver solutions
  • Proven comprehension of technology and ability to speak and understand in technical terms
  • Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
  • Ability to apply project management knowledge to real-world scenarios

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Federal Government and working knowledge of contracting, funding, etc.
  • Active PMP Certification
  • Experience in application development, systems administration/engineering or other technical discipline
  • Active TS Clearance

Security Clearance:

Must have an active US Government Top Secret Clearance
