Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Omm IT Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of IT projects, assisting with strategic planning, project tracking, and the development of documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with management and tracking of IT strategic plans, tasks, and projects.
  • Revising and maintaining a roadmap of IT infrastructure projects and upgrades that are prioritized and assigned for execution.
  • Project management, including budget/cost analysis and comparison.
  • Development and/or review of policies and procedures.
  • Technical reviews of IT tasks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management. They must be able to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for their recommendations in written and verbal formats. A versatile understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities is also required.

The candidate should have a working understanding of technology integration with physical, virtual, and cloud-based solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities. Attention to detail and the ability to perform contract analysis, schedule reviews, and cost estimations are also essential.

PMP Certification is a must. Experience with project management tools and developing policies, procedures, and work instructions is highly desirable.
