Job Summary

ISI Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the cradle-to-grave project management and administration of design and construction projects at the White House President's Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and construction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide project management and administration of design and construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the work of various design and construction contractors, actively managing, monitoring, guiding, and inspecting projects for progress, quality, budget, and costs.
  • Communication: Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and other project stakeholders, as appropriate, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Actively work to resolve problems, issues, and delays as they arise, and make recommendations to the client Project Manager and/or the Contracting Officer.
  • Documentation: Draft all manner of project/contract documents and correspondence, including Scopes of Work, Cost Estimates, and technical documentation.
  • Analysis: Investigate and analyze issues that involve potential impacts to project schedules, budgets, and/or costs, and make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, project team members, and Government personnel, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to the client Project Manager and/or the Contracting Officer, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related field from an ABET-accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant construction and engineering work experience, with a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in one of the 50 states or U.S. territories.
  • Skills: Strong project management, engineering, and construction skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety Training or equivalent, and ability to open and manipulate Primavera Project Planner (P3) schedules.
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance or interim Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PE License: PE license in any state, CCM, PMP, LEED AP, or AIA.
  • White House Experience: Experience working on White House and/or President's Park projects.
