Sales Development Manager for 3D Vision Solutions

High-Tech Professionals is seeking an accomplished Sales Development Manager to lead our 3D vision solutions in Northern or Southern California. As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with our Regional Manager to drive new business growth, focusing on new account development and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, OEMs, SIs, end-users, and distributors to meet or exceed established targets.
- Pursue new business opportunities, maintain accurate customer profiles, and utilize our CRM system to its full potential.
- Prepare pricing and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and conduct timely post-order follow-up.
- Actively work leads from initial assignment to final outcome, maintaining up-to-date information in our CRM.
- Provide product recommendations, upgrade product knowledge, and identify new market applications.
- Maintain excellent customer relations through strong technical knowledge and efficient work practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional sales experience with OEM, SI, or distributor focus.
- Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent training and experience.
- Strong technical background or work experience, preferably in 3D machine vision and related products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:
This home-based position requires proximity to a major airport in Northern or Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of 3D vision solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales development.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
