Sales Development Manager for 3D Vision Solutions

High-Tech Professionals is seeking an accomplished Sales Development Manager to lead our 3D vision solutions in Northern or Southern California. As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with our Regional Manager to drive new business growth, focusing on new account development and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, OEMs, SIs, end-users, and distributors to meet or exceed established targets.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities, maintain accurate customer profiles, and utilize our CRM system to its full potential.
  3. Prepare pricing and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and conduct timely post-order follow-up.
  4. Actively work leads from initial assignment to final outcome, maintaining up-to-date information in our CRM.
  5. Provide product recommendations, upgrade product knowledge, and identify new market applications.
  6. Maintain excellent customer relations through strong technical knowledge and efficient work practices.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of professional sales experience with OEM, SI, or distributor focus.
  2. Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent training and experience.
  3. Strong technical background or work experience, preferably in 3D machine vision and related products.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
  5. Self-motivated and results-driven approach, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

This home-based position requires proximity to a major airport in Northern or Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of 3D vision solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales development.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
