We're looking for a Sales Development Professional to join our dynamic team at Savant LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying new sale leads
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to prospects and managing their expectations
  • Providing timely responses to requests for service and product details from prospects
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with prospects and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Staying up-to-date on our service offerings and being able to communicate their features and benefits to prospects
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings to discuss sales opportunities and ensure compliance with company policy
  • Developing knowledge of our service catalog and how it relates to customer needs
  • Documenting internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur
  • Completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University to understand processes
  • Entering all work as activities or service tickets in ConnectWise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in inside sales with a proven track record of selling similar offerings
  • A demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and manage customer commitment as part of the sales process
  • Success in developing client relationships and maintaining a positive reputation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare written communications and materials
  • Interpersonal skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Typing skills for accurate data entry
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
