Job Title: Sales Manager - Fitness Industry Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to new leads and convert them into new members
  • Engage all visitors with a positive, knowledgeable, and welcoming attitude
  • Deliver inspiring studio tours that highlight the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness
  • Drive membership sales and ensure the studio hits its monthly performance goals
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective members to maximize conversion
  • Address member concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Participate in exciting marketing and outreach events to generate brand awareness
Requirements:
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members
  • Multi-tasker with minimal supervision
  • Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service
