World Insurance Associates, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Producer to join our team as a Surety Bonds Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new Surety Bonds business opportunities in major Texas metros, with a focus on Austin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new Surety Bonds business relationships with businesses and individuals in the Texas market.
  • Engage in sales and marketing activities to move prospects through the sales funnel and close deals.
  • Leverage World's platform to offer a range of risk management solutions to clients, including commercial lines insurance, employee benefits, and human capital management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Surety Bonds sales or business development.
  • Relevant insurance licenses and a strong understanding of the Surety Bonds market.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to your performance and effort. We offer a base salary plus commissions, as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401k match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $200,000, based on experience and performance.
