Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory - Franchise #0308, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role requires a persistent and goal-oriented individual who can generate leads and execute marketing strategies to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to leads within 1-2 hours and convert them into new members.
  • Engage all visitors with a positive, knowledgeable, and welcoming attitude.
  • Deliver inspiring studio tours that highlight the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness.
  • Drive membership sales and ensure the studio hits its monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospective members to maximize conversion.
  • Address member concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Participate in exciting marketing and outreach events to generate brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting.
