Key Responsibilities
  • Routine Roof Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of commercial roofs to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranties.
  • Leak Repair and Diagnosis: Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial and industrial roofing projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train assigned helpers in proper repair and construction techniques for various commercial roof systems, including single-ply, EPDM, TPO, PVC, built-up, and modified roof systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of time and materials, ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.
  • Customer Representation: Represent Nations Roof and interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Commercial Roofing Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, including knowledge of BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
  • Leadership and Training: Proven ability to lead and train small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve technical field application problems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Computer and Smartphone Skills: Basic computer and smartphone skills, including proficiency in company software.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
