Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. is a leading fashion company with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting marketing campaigns and activations for our portfolio of licensed strategic partners, both domestically and internationally. This includes defining marketing strategy activations that ladder to partner growth objectives, as well as overall brand growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support strategic partner needs.
  • Liaise between brand marketing and licensed strategic partners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Gather and support strategic partner's seasonal content creation requests, ensuring alignment with the brand's full funnel marketing approach.
  • Initiate briefs to the internal brand team for partner requests that support ongoing partner initiatives, seasonal partner initiatives, or new launch opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support strategies for brand and performance enhancements on Amazon and Macy's, in collaboration with strategic partners, the KCP strategic partnerships team, and external agencies.
  • Ensure strategic partners are diligent in their communication on Amazon assortment details to optimize representation on the brand store page.
  • Support and integrate into the go-to-market process to ensure strategic partner marketing support is initiated early and part of the overall seasonal brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong project management skills and understanding of managing multiple partners and initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of a full funnel marketing approach and associated tactics.
  • Ability to define measurement objectives and analyze performance results of marketing campaigns to inform future planning.
  • Experience in digital marketing, platform marketing, and advertising and media approaches.
  • Strong communication and written skills, with an editorial mindset that seeks to understand audience consumption and marketing towards it.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and/or Mac Office applications, including Powerpoint, Keynote.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally.

Education Requirements:
