Your Mission:

* Collaborate with engineers and operators to drive innovation in metal powder manufacturing
* Develop technical projects related to atomization, screening, and powder handling
* Work with machine shops to prototype improvements and operators to test
* Communicate with leadership about projects and results

What You'll Gain:

* Hands-on experience in engineering problem-solving on industrial-scale powder manufacturing equipment
* CAD design skills and experience working with machine shops
* Communication skills to multiple levels of an organization
* A deeper understanding of how design features affect product yield and execution of tasks
