  • Conduct interviews with applicants and recipients to gather information and make eligibility determinations.
  • Review and process applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with applicants and recipients to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of paraprofessional, clerical, or other public contact experience.
  • Typing 30 wpm.
  • NC FAST or other eligibility determination program experience.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Four or more years of Eligibility program experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
