We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Interview, hire, train, and recommend performance evaluations for Front Desk staff
- Respond to guest special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns
- Implement company programs and supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk to comply with SOPs and LSOPs
- Supervise Guest Service Agents and ensure they are providing excellent customer service
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- Ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Customer Satisfaction: Treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect under all circumstances
- Work Habits: Meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance
- Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns
