Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Lead a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Operating Partner and Executive Leadership team to drive business results.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a restaurant setting.
