Job Title: Senior Functional Area Lead - CNSL Fleet Training Support

Sigma Defense is seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Area Lead to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic (CNSL) in Norfolk, VA as the CNSL Fleet Training Support Lead. The ideal candidate will provide training and readiness support to the CNSL N7 Directorate for assigned Atlantic Fleet ships and LCS Crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and readiness support to the CNSL N7 Directorate for assigned Atlantic Fleet ships and LCS Crews.
  • Assist in the development of training plans and programs to meet the needs of the CNSL N7 Directorate.
  • Conduct training analysis and assessments to identify gaps and training needs.
  • Develop and implement training solutions to meet the needs of the CNSL N7 Directorate.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training and readiness processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a position as Technical Lead, Program Lead, or Project Lead and subject matter expert for respective task requirements.
  • Expert knowledge and ability to use FLTMPS.
  • Experience with USFF OFRP Fg and Fd requirements.
  • Knowledge of resources necessary to execute requirements of the SFTRM.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-based environment and manage team performance.
