About the Role:

The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative functions and activities of the office while supporting HR, business development, and legal administrative functions.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, and we are looking for someone who embodies and thrives in that type of environment with capability and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily work activities of the office, including coordination with remote team members.
  • Perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment, including inventory management, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties, greeting guests, sorting and distributing mail, and supporting the business teams with internal or external document administration.
  • Support employee administration and onboarding in collaboration with the Company's HR team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software.
  • Paralegal experience a plus.
  • At least 3 years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours in an office environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary.
