Job Summary

The Peer Services Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the peer vocational programs and ensuring their success. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the Peer Vocational Program: Ensure the program is running smoothly and meeting its goals.
  • Hiring and Maintaining Peer Staff: Recruit, train, and support a team of peer staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Development of Program Materials: Create and maintain program materials, including training manuals and educational resources.
  • Oversight of the Support Housing Program: Ensure the program is meeting its objectives and providing effective support to clients.
  • Grant Management: Manage grant funds and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for peer staff and other team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related human services field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.72-$38.57/hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
