Job Title: Healthcare Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at STGi. As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule clinical care via telehealth, ensuring seamless communication between patients and providers.
  • Provide educational materials to patients and families on proper healthcare activities, such as giving injections and taking blood pressures.
  • Utilize telehealth technologies to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient patient care.
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care.
Requirements:
  • Medical assistant certification or LPN/LVN in the state of New York.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • US Citizen.
  • Ability to follow orders and work under close supervision while demonstrating initiative and independence.
  • Exceptional diplomatic communication skills and experience in handling difficult customer situations.
