We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop clear communication materials to explain compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
