Vehicle Lot Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Verify serial numbers of incoming vehicles against documentation.
- Examine vehicles for any damages and confirm the presence of listed accessories.
- Document damages and missing items on the delivery paperwork.
- Park new vehicles in designated areas efficiently.
- Organize and manage vehicle keys.
- Assign stock control identifiers to vehicles.
- Rearrange sold vehicles to optimize space and maintain order in the lot.
- Transfer sold vehicles to the preparation department for final touches.
- Maintain vehicles in storage to prevent deterioration of tires, batteries, and finishes.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
- No prior experience or specialized training is necessary.
- Less than a high school diploma; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Proficiency
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos. Capable of writing basic correspondence. Proficient in presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and fellow employees.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Proficient in speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Reasoning Skills
- Ability to apply common sense to follow simple one- or two-step instructions. Capable of handling standardized situations with minimal variables.
- Ability to apply common sense to execute detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions. Capable of addressing problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized scenarios.
Certificates and Licenses
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
