Job Overview

Position: Warehouse Lead
Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and load delivery vehicles with scheduled items for events.
  • Ensure all rentals are securely fastened to prevent damage during transit.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport items to various event locations.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of events on-site.
  • Work independently while maintaining accountability for tasks.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for selecting and delivering the correct items and quantities.
  • Follow directives from the Events Manager and other team leaders.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, vendors, and venue personnel during events.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and perform repairs as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with experience operating larger vehicles (automatic transmission).
  • Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate various event timings.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items.
  • Availability to work weekends, particularly Fridays and Saturdays when events occur.
