Key Responsibilities
  • Verifies serial numbers of incoming vehicles against delivery documentation.
  • Examines vehicles for any damages and confirms the presence of listed accessories.
  • Documents damages and notes any missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Organizes and parks new vehicles in designated areas.
  • Catalogs and manages vehicle keys.
  • Assigns stock control identifiers to vehicles.
  • Repositions sold vehicles to optimize space and maintain lot organization.
  • Transfers sold vehicles to the preparation department.
  • Maintains vehicles in storage to prevent deterioration of tires, batteries, and finishes.
  • Performs additional tasks as required.

Education and Experience
  • No prior experience or training is necessary.
  • Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
